Foss Class’ Pizza Garden Is Underway
We followed the instructions and began to look at different plants, seeds and how to pot and arrange them. We discovered that there are some foods that we just cannot grow and put on our pizza, such as cheese. Hopefully as Spring and Summer progress we will have a successful crop and some yummy snacks. This will go alongside some key science and maths learning too.
The Pizza Garden – A Foss Class Creation
We planted up a lot of seeds and plants in our topic from last term, ‘The Scented Garden’. Mrs. Bower has been helping us with the weeding and planting out. Up to now we have put in our beans and herbs. The tomatoes are ready to go in next week and then the rocket and onions will follow. We’re looking forward to cooking wit all these ingredients towards the end of term.
